Lock It In! 3x3 Alternative Financing:
3-year 3% Alternative Financing
With our novel 3×3 financing plan, buyers can secure a 3-year payment equal to a 3% interest rate. After such period the buyer would be obligated to complete the transaction and receive title.

- Buyer makes 3 years of payments to the Seller,
- Buyer pays the remaining ~75% of the pre-agreed upon price to the Seller and receives title.
